Pricing

Pricing behaves differently depending upon your Inventory method (Legacy, or Standard).

On Legacy Inventory, Hauler prices roll-off work by dumpster size. Set Size Dependent rates, optional Adjustments, and Additional Fees. You can Test hypothetical prices by address on the Admin pricing area.

Standard Inventory optionally enables Pricing capabilities by Service Area (one or more Zip codes), Material Type, and Container Type, providing more flexibility to your team.

If Admin shows Dumpsters and Pricing, you are on Legacy Inventory. If Admin shows Containers, you are on Standard Inventory. That setup uses Price Sheets and Service Areas.

You can set a price on a customer, a location, or a haul.

Size Dependent Pricing

Each size has a fee for delivery, swap, and pickup. Manage it from Admin > Pricing > Size Dependent.

Base prices

Per-haul charges apply when a haul is created, based on haul type.

Extra tons bill at Additional $/Ton. Extra days bill at Additional $/Day. Rental starts on Delivery and ends on Swap or Pickup.

Adjustments

Location-Based Adjustments: Change prices for one or more cities. Hauler matches the location address when a haul is created.
VIP Customer Adjustments: Adjustments for specific customers. You can reference them on a customer, location, or haul.
Customer Specific Pricing: Set pricing on a customer and reuse it on that customer's locations and hauls.

Additional Fees

Custom fees office and drivers can add on a haul. Manage them from Admin > Pricing > Additional Fees.

An Administrator sets a Name, a Price, and a toggle that lets Drivers add the fee.

Fees marked as Driver Add can be selected on any haul. Drivers do not see the Price.

Price Testing

Use Test to simulate a charge. Pick haul type, dumpster size, address, tons, and days. Hauler applies your tables and shows the result.
