Contacts

A Contact contains the Name, Phone, and Email Address of a person.

Contacts are commonly related to a Customer, and are optionally set as the Location Contact.

When set as a Location Contact, and assuming a Location's "Send Notifications" toggle is active, the Contact will:

• Receive email notifications for newly scheduled hauls, and
• Receive SMS text messages when a Driver starts a haul
• Have their name and phone number shown with the Driver assigned to their haul order.
