Add Dumpsters

Dumpsters is the Legacy Inventory list of fleet types and quantities. Add them so Hauler can track your fleet. Only Administrators can change dumpster types, sizes, and quantity.

If Admin shows Dumpsters, you are on Legacy Inventory. If Admin shows Containers, you are on Standard Inventory. Use Add containers.

Add a dumpster type

  1. Go to Admin > Dumpsters.
  2. Select Add Dumpster Type.
  3. Choose the Type. Types are grouped by size in yards and by the name your team uses for the bin.
  4. Enter the Quantity. This is the total number of containers you own for that type.
  5. Save the dumpster type.

Quantity drives Inventory tracking.

Dumpster types

  • Standard Dumpsters (YD ): General waste. Sizes 5 to 50 yards.
  • Concrete, Brick, Dirt Dumpsters (CBD ): Heavy materials. Sizes 6 to 50 yards.
  • Heavy Duty Dumpsters (HD ): Heavier waste in commercial and industrial settings. Sizes 6 to 50 yards.
  • Hook Lift Dumpsters (HL ): Hook lift mechanism. Sizes 6 to 50 yards.
  • Split Dumpsters (SRO ): Separate waste types in one container. Sizes 15 and 20 yards.
  • Long Dumpsters (LG ): Narrow spaces. 20-yard size.
  • Compactor Dumpsters (SC ): Self-contained 30-yard compactor.
