Set up Hauler Pay

Hauler Pay is the payment gateway used with Standard Invoicing. Add it under Integrations, then finish onboarding so customers can pay invoices online. See Invoicing.

  1. Go to Admin → Invoicing Method. The Standard Invoicing card lists Link your Accounting System and Add a Gateway to receive Payments.
  2. If no gateway is set up, you see No Payment Gateway Configured. Use Add Gateway or Add Adyen.
  3. Go to Admin → Integrations → Payment Gateway.
  4. Click Add Gateway, Add Adyen, or Add payment Gateway.
  5. Complete Welcome, Legal Entity, Account Holder, and Verification. Click Proceed to Create Legal Entity when it appears.
  6. Finish remaining verification on Adyen's site. Hauler does not show Adyen's KYC screens.

After the gateway is added, the card can show Payment Gateway Added. Hauler Pay appears in the Billing sidebar. Sending an invoice creates the pay link. See Create and send an invoice.
