Complete a delivery
Complete a delivery when you take a container from the yard and set it at the customer's site. Which taps you see depends on Inventory view.
- Individual: pick a named container, then start.
- Pooled: tap Start Haul. The system allocates an available can of the right size.
- Tap Driver. Open the haul. You see address, site placement, material type, notes, and the site contact.
- Individual: under Container, type a name (example: ST20). Only available containers of the right size appear. Tap one, then Start Haul.
- Pooled: tap Start Haul. You do not pick a named can.
- The haul status becomes In Process. On Yard Inventory, the container moves from At Facility to In Transit. On Individual, confirm the container status is In service.
- After you place the container, open the haul again. Add notes or pictures if you need them, then tap Complete Haul.
The haul shows Completed. The container is At customer site. On Yard Inventory it sits under At Location.
A delivery does not ask for a weight. Tonnage is recorded later, when a pickup or swap brings the container back to be dumped.
