Recurring hauls
Use Recurring when the same haul should happen again on a schedule.
- Click Recurring in the sidebar, then create or edit a recurring haul.
- Or from an existing haul order: from Hauls, open Options on a haul and choose Change to recurring Haul, or use the plus icon whose tip says Create a recurring haul from this haul. The modal title is Create Recurring Haul.
- Set the schedule, turn Active on if it should generate work, then click Save.
On Standard Inventory, recurring hauls use Container instead of Set Size / Pull Size. On Legacy Inventory, size fields stay Set Size and Pull Size. On the haul list, you can Exclude Recurring if you only want one-off hauls.
Use Recurring for a repeating haul template.
Generated hauls can show on Dispatch like any other haul, then you assign a driver.
Note: A haul can belong to only one active Recurring schedule at a time. If you try to create another from a haul that is already on an active schedule with more dates coming, Save shows: This haul is already on an active recurring haul. Edit that recurring haul instead. Open that schedule from the recurring icon on the haul, or under Recurring, and edit it there. Creating a second schedule for the same location and days produces duplicate hauls on shared dates.
If the old schedule is finished (no more dates left to generate), you can start a new Recurring haul from one of its past hauls.
FAQ
How do I change to a recurring haul? On Hauls, use Options → Change to recurring Haul, or the plus icon that creates a recurring haul from that haul.
Why can't I make this haul recurring? It is already on an active Recurring schedule. Edit that schedule instead of creating a second one.
