Recurring hauls

Use Recurring when the same haul should happen again on a schedule. The sidebar label is Recurring, not Recurring Hauls. This is not a recurring invoice, and it is not Routes.

  1. Click Recurring in the sidebar.
  2. Create or edit a recurring haul.

On Standard Inventory, recurring hauls use Container instead of Set Size / Pull Size. On Legacy Inventory, size fields stay Set Size and Pull Size. On the haul list, you can Exclude Recurring if you only want one-off hauls.

Use Recurring for a repeating haul template. Use Hauls for a one-off move. Use Routes for front-load style work built from Services and Route Templates. Use recurring invoices under Invoicing for repeating bills.

Generated hauls can show on Dispatch like any other haul, then you assign a driver. Recurring does not send an invoice. Recurring does not add stops to a route.
