Change email, username, or phone
Profile Information is where you change the login identity on your Hauler account. Changing Email, Username, or Phone Number requires Current Password, so someone else cannot swap your login.
- Open Profile. In the office app, click the user icon in the top bar. Drivers tap Profile in the sidebar.
- Under Profile Information, edit Username, Email, or Phone Number.
- Enter Current Password. The helper text is Required to change your email, username, or phone number.
- Click Save.
Your previous email gets a message titled Your Hauler login details were changed. Other browser sessions are signed out. Driver app tokens are revoked, so the Hauler Roll Off Driver app has to sign in again.
