Snapshot View

The snapshot view provides a summary of your hauling operations, including forecasted inventory availability.

Breaking down the Snapshot View

For the current day, these two tables show:

Summary of Hauls by status (Scheduled , In Process , Completed , Cancelled )
Summary of Hauls by Type (Delivery , Swap , Roundtrip , Pickup , Liveload , Other )

For the upcoming day, this table shows:

Summary of Hauls by Type (Delivery , Swap , Roundtrip , Pickup , Liveload , Other )

For the trailing 7 days, Hauls are grouped by the scheduled date and shown in a stacked bar chart.

A donut chart of all Active Locations (customer locations that have a container) with color coded Dumpster sizes.

These two tables provide a real-time forecast of your dumpster/container availability, based upon your Active Locations and scheduled hauls.

Clicking on Available Pending will update the right-most table for a day-by-day forecast.

Column Explanation:

Total is the starting amount of inventory for the dumpster type, defined in the Admin section
In Use is the number of bins actively placed at Customer Locations for a date
Available is the amount of dumpsters ready to sell (Total - In Use) for a date, ignoring sets and pulls
Set Count is the number of containers pending delivery to Locations for a date and dumpster size.
- Haul types Delivery & Swap , in status In Progress or Scheduled impact this value
Pull Count is the number of containers pending removal from Locations for a date and dumpster size.
- Haul types Pickup & Swap , in status In Progress or Scheduled impact this value
Available Pending is the amount of dumpsters ready to sell on a given day, net of dumpsters scheduled for setting and pulling (Total - In Use - Set Count + Pull Count)
