Set pooled fleet counts
Pooled fleet counts are the size-and-type buckets you maintain when Inventory view is Pooled. You track the fleet as counts, not as named cans.
You only see Inventory view after you convert. If Admin still shows Dumpsters, you are on Legacy Inventory.
- Go to Admin → Inventory Method. Confirm Standard Inventory is marked Active.
- Under Inventory view, choose Pooled.
- Go to Admin → Containers.
- Select Add bucket. Enter Type, Size (yards), and Count, then select Add bucket.
- Open Inventory in the sidebar to check Yard Inventory. Pooled columns: Bucket, Total, At Facility, In Transit, At Location. Empty copy: No containers in inventory.
You can also select New container to add one container at a time. Use Archive container when a can should leave the fleet.
Do not add buckets from Yard Inventory.
