Missing Dumpsters or Pricing page
After you convert to Standard Inventory, Admin no longer uses Dumpsters for the fleet. Pricing controls stays in Admin, but the menu switches to Price Sheets, Service Areas, and Additional Fees instead of Legacy Size Dependent pricing.
After you convert
Go to Admin. In the admin navigation, you should see:
- Containers instead of Dumpsters
- Pricing, with Price Sheets, Service Areas, and Additional Fees
- Inventory Method, with Standard Inventory marked Active
The sidebar still says Inventory. The page that shows current inventory is still Yard Inventory.
If you open an old Dumpsters URL, Hauler shows that dumpster types are not used on this account and links you to Containers. Edits on that old page would not change scheduling or pricing.
If you still see Dumpsters and Size Dependent Pricing
You are on Legacy Inventory. You have not converted to Standard Inventory yet.
- Open Admin.
- If Inventory Method is there, open it. Legacy Inventory should show Current.
- Convert only if you mean to. Conversion is permanent.
If Inventory Method is missing, Hauler has not enabled Standard Inventory. Ask support. There is no flag in Company Details.
