Set prices with price sheets

Set haul rates in Standard Inventory with price sheets. A sheet is a grid of rates by container size, haul type, and container type, including different rates for specific materials.

These steps are for Standard Inventory only. After conversion, AdminPricing becomes Price Sheets and Service Areas. If Admin still shows Pricing, you are on Legacy Inventory.

You can have more than one sheet. One sheet is the Default. Hauler uses it when a haul does not match a more specific sheet.

Set rates

  1. Go to AdminPrice Sheets.
  2. Open the sheet you want to edit. Default Rates is a good place to start.
  3. In the Rates section, select a container type tab: Standard Roll-Off, Heavy Duty, or Hook Lift.
  4. Enter amounts in the grid. Rows are sizes (15, 20, 30, 40 yd). Columns are Delivery, Pickup, Swap, Live, Roundtrip, Other, Tons, Per ton over, Days, and Per day over. Leave a cell empty if you do not offer that rate.
  5. Select Save.

Add a material override

Use a material override when one material should bill at different rates, such as Concrete.

  1. On the price sheet, select + Add material override.
  2. Pick the material. A tab appears next to Default.
  3. Fill in only the rates that differ. Leave a cell blank to fall back to Default.
  4. Select Save.

Other actions

  • Select + New Price Sheet to add another sheet.
  • Use Adjust, Clone, or Rename on a sheet.

Keep the Default sheet filled in. Other sheets can leave cells blank. Blank cells on a material override fall back to the sheet's Default rates.
