Price sheet matching
A price sheet is a grid of rates (size × haul type × container type) assigned to customers, locations, or service areas. Hauler picks one sheet by the most specific match.
Price sheets apply after you convert to Standard Inventory. If Admin still shows Pricing, you are on Legacy Inventory.
Admin → Price Sheets: Build the rate grid, then Assign it. Default catches everything else.
Match order
The first match wins.

A haul at a ZIP inside a service area uses that area's sheet, unless the customer or the location has its own rates.
On haul create, the rate appears under Location Pricing. On a location, Location Pricing shows a price-sheet preview, or No price sheet matches this location yet.
What does not
- Pooled or Individual does not change match order.
- End customers do not pick a price sheet.
