Customers
A customer is the account you schedule work for and bill. Each customer can have contacts and service locations.
- Customers is the account. Add one from Customers → + New Customer.
- A location is the address where you drop containers. Add one from Locations → + New Location.
- A contact is a person. See Contacts.
Saving a customer does not create a location. Add the location in a second step, or create both while you create a haul.
On the haul wizard, Account Type values are Account, Cash, or Default. Leave Pricing Tier unset unless the customer has negotiated rates. A customer record includes Client Invoices.
Customers is not Locations. The service address lives on the location. There is no top-level nav named Statements. Do not look for a Statement button on the customer page.
