Print route sheets
Print route sheets from Dispatch when drivers need a paper list for the day. Hauler builds a branded PDF with one page per driver (or the Unassigned bucket), in the same stop order as the board.
- Open Dispatch. Use the date arrows (or the date field) so the board shows the day you want to print.
- In the dispatch toolbar, click the printer icon (Print route sheets). The menu heading is Route sheets.
- Choose what to print:
- All drivers — every driver who has stops that day, plus Unassigned if anything is still unassigned. The count next to the label is the total stops on the board.
- A driver name — only that driver's sheet. The count is their stop count.
- Unassigned — only stops with no driver (shown when that bucket has work).
- The PDF opens in a new browser tab. Print or save from there.
If nothing is scheduled that day, All drivers is disabled and the menu shows Nothing scheduled.
Office users can print. Drivers cannot. The printer control appears on wide desktop layouts in the dispatch toolbar.
What is on each sheet
Each page is labeled Route sheet with the date and the driver name (or Unassigned). It includes:
- Stop number, haul type (or Dump only / Task), size, material, address, customer, contact, area, and site placement when present
- Dispatch notes for the day (same notes saved from the board), plus site and haul/task notes for the stop
- Time (or Any), can label, status, and dump facility when your team has dump facilities enabled
- A blank Driver log column (Done, Arrived, Ticket #, Weight) for handwritten updates
- A dump facilities list at the bottom when your team has destination facilities on file
Stops follow the board's sort order. A can dumped today by another driver prints on that driver's sheet as Dump only.
This print is for the Dispatch board only. It is not the same as the Routes product (route templates and instances). See Use routes.
