Get a payment link while on site
On a haul, a driver can open a payment link for the customer to scan or open on site. This is for collecting payment in the field, not for emailing the invoice from the office.
You need Standard Invoicing and a configured payment gateway.
- Open the haul in the driver view.
- Tap Get Payment Link.
- In Payment Link for Haul, show the customer Scan QR code, or tap Open Link.
The toast Link copied to clipboard! appears when the link is copied. The customer pays on the same hosted page as an invoice email. See How customers pay.
The driver Vue app does not email the pay link. There is no driver Send via Email or Send via SMS on this modal. Office staff send invoices from Invoicing. Do not look for this control on Quotes. Quote pay links use Create PayLink in the office.
