Price sheets on quotes and invoices
After you convert to Standard Inventory, quotes and hauls pick rates from price sheets. Invoice lines that come from those hauls use the same rates.
If Admin still shows Pricing, you are on Legacy Inventory. Use the live Pricing article. Price sheets are Standard Inventory only.
A price sheet is a grid of rates (size × haul type × container type). Hauler uses the most specific match:
- Location
- Customer + area
- Customer
- Service area
- Default

On a quote: add a Haul line, open Haul Details, and pick Container (placeholder Select Container). On Legacy Inventory, set Pull Size and Set Size. Sending the quote does not create an invoice.
On a haul: as soon as you pick a haul type and size, the rate appears under Location Pricing. Create an invoice from Invoicing or from the haul Create Invoice action. Attach the haul with Add haul. Customers pay the invoice, not the price sheet.
On a location, Location Pricing shows a price-sheet preview, or No price sheet matches this location yet. End customers do not pick a price sheet. Price sheets need the inventory conversion. Pay links need Standard Invoicing.
